Does /r9k/ lucid dream?
>>

I'd like to but interrupting my sleep to develop my dream recall sounds miserable. I need a solid night of sleep.
>>
I could never get it to work, I wish I could

I can, sometimes. I can even force myself into a dream if I am in the right state of relaxation.

Problem is, my lucid dreams are almost always in slow-motion.

Still, I can get sweet sweet loli while there.

it's not so bad, you just wake up for 15 minutes and fall back asleep.
it makes lucid dreams happen like magic

try this: next time you're lucid, yell "speed up" as loud as you can. verbal commands are essential to dream control

occasionally. although generally once i realize i'm dreaming i wake up. and even if i don't wake up i can barely exercise any control over my dream.

Every night. It's like another day. Maybe that's why I'm always tired

My dreams and my crush are the only two good things in my life.

I don't want to be only left with one.

I haven't in a long time, but I think it has more to do with my current lifestyle, as in, I don't get a lot of sleep.
Once I got interested in it it only took me about 2 and a half weeks of keeping a dream journal to get lucid. It really works as an exorcise to help teach your brain to remember dreams, and the cues to recognizing you're dreaming.
For me I was living abroad at the time, and I realized I kept having dreams where I was in the US. Once I figured this out all I had to do was try and remember the flight over, if it hadn't happened I knew I was dreaming. People often dream about dead people, or houses where they don't live anymore. So that helps too.
Also for some reason I would always lucid dream when I slept on my couch as opposed to on my bed. Don't know why.

Pretty often I do. I've had a lot of literature related dreams lately, me walking through themes and the themes being represented as tangible objects.
