I'm smoking some Ak-47 bud from the darknet currently. It's very pleasant. I smoke one bowl every 3 hours. That's my unofficial rule. Otherwise I overdo it and build too much tolerance/waste too much weed.
Also I use morphine everyday. I have a hard time feeling it because I'm too tolerant to it's effects, but I need it in order to avoid sickness.

I take amphetamine. It doesn't "numb the pain" exactly, but it does keep my motivation at a high level. If I feel myself losing steam (which happens about once a week) I take some speed and it brings me back up to go-time.
