So I got a cat.
I see the cat about once every three days(don't worry, someone takes care of him), and every time I walk in he sprints to the door and jumps into my arms for a hug, and follows me around the entire time I am there. His caretakers tell me that every time I leave, he goes to the front window and watches me go.

cats smell great and i've never met one that didn't like me. cats bring me live wild animals to pet. cats climb on me and purr to normalize my heart rate if i'm having a PTSD flashback. cats check my breath to see if i've eaten recently and get upset if i'm hungry. cats give me small cat kisses at random to remind me they love me. cats know how to play fight with me without hurting me, and are extremely good at not injuring me by accident, unlike dogs. cats are beautiful. cats are generous and kind and loyal and smart. cats miss me when i'm gone and get excited to see me after spending time apart because they like spending time with me, not because they can't take care of themselves. cats don't need me, but they like me anyway.
it makes me angry when dog loving faggots clearly don't know how to treat cats. if you don't know what it's like to be treated with devotion by a cat, it's because cats don't fucking like you.
