Looks like bad resolution to me, famiglia. Splotchy. Try blurring it just a tad in photoshop and see if that gets rid of the blockishness, without making it too hard to look at.

I know that retarded resolution all too well. Anyways your desktop is very clean. I would just change that start orb to a similar style like your icons. Also remove that desktop icon in the bottom right corner.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm honestly not sure how to disable the icon in the bottom right corner or replace my start orb without using suspicious freeware, but I'll look around and see if I can find some alternatives.

both I used and are virus free (scanned with bitdefender) and have no install. weird thing with the start orb changer is you have to rename the end thing from .exe1 to .exe and run as admin. also i think this orb could fit.
