I'll always remember being a 19 year old with no direction. I applied for an overnight Walmart stocking job, and I was hired with this Mexican dude with a wife and kids. A thing I liked about growing up in a ghetto school is that no one shamed me for being pregnant for 16. if I were in any rich school, I would be the only pregnant teen and I would be shamed. My advice is to change therapists. It's taken me a good three or four to find one that works for me. You get some fucking nuggets who have no idea what they're doing so don't take it personally if you don't feel its right. To be fair though I don't know what kind of cost is related to therapists in your country so maybe it's not financially viable for you to switch.
