5 or 6 words a minute, you can do it, here is a step by step
1: put all negative thought out of your head
2: start loading up word and getting relevant books and info
3: go get a jar of instant coffee, a spoon and a bottle of water, going back and forth to boil the water and make coffee is a waste of time, just put a spoonful in your mouth and wash it down
4: a 2nd empty bottle to pee in I guess
5: do a little mind trick every time you start slackening, touch your nose right now, you can will yourself to do anything, especially if it is short and painless like touching your nose, now think of one tiny thing you can do to improve your situation, anything, why can't you do that just as you touched your nose?
