Something like 10% of people can't enjoy codeine because they're deficient in the enzyme that converts it to morphine and C6G in the body. Either way, it's a pretty shitty opiate to begin with and 120mg is pretty low
I was a crazy Vicodin friend for 4 years or so and Codeine did jack shit for me. It's a shit drug.
Codeine is 6 times weaker than Vicodin. It depends on your tolerance. I used to fuck with dope so even OCs stopped having an effect on me
