I'm a swim instructor at the YMCA, I'm teaching the adults this session.
It's not that bad, they're getting the hang if it.
Ones a woman and the other two are men. I was on the local swim team, and I lifeguard so I know what I'm talking about.
I funny know how far along you are, si I'll stick with the basics.
-practice breathing control in a bath tub
-eventually try keeping water it if your nose upside down
-hum with your mouth closed to blow bubbles out if your nose
-work on regaining your balance in shallow water
-never panic, it'll only make you down faster from exhaustion
-when ever you get tired do a back float or bounce up and down, pushing of the bottom to come up and take a breath
