This is just being angry at women for no reason, without consideration for context.
Obviously if the majority of women are the ones buying food for their families, whether with their money or someone elses, then it makes sense women would have the largest carts. And believe it or not, there's a strong likelihood that every item in it will be used, though some within hours, others days or weeks, and others still months.
