Something like this. The normies are either fake at best or completely will-less at worse. Meaning, they're fake because they will conform to every social norm, every fashion trend, every heated-issue bandwagon even if they think it's stupid. They choose the Social Collective over their own Individual Will. The will-less just don't even seem to have a will or thoughts of their own at all. Everything they do is exactly in line with what everyone else is doing. Most women fall into this category.
However, deep down we all have a lot more in common. For example --- porn. Most people on here and most non-normies I know have no problem talking about it. However if it gets brought up by the normies they're like "EW GROSS! SEX IS DISGUSTING!" like this automated response when they actually probably have seen and liked porn themselves and like sex, obviously. They just don't want to be NEGATIVELY JUDGED OR ASSOCIATED WITH IT.
So ironic thing about the normie is the normie itself is just a meme-role they're keeping up with.

Everything you've said is true: normies are swayed almost ENTIRELY by social pressures. They're going to listen to a bunch of friendless, 'LOO-ZERS xD' even if many robots have a more accurate perception of reality than they do.
They're still going to follow whatever path the authority has laid out for them. We need to provide an alternative.

Become the authority? We need to put ourselves in the positions of power.
For instance I want to run for govenor or some public office somewhere, some day. If I did that, I'd reform the education system, completely taking sports out of academics. Although this is good for everyone, the ulterior motive is dismantling the social structures people get set into early on in life. I think spectator sports have a lot to do with it.
So if we made education more about education, it would give the robots, the rejects and the outsiders more opportunity to make something of themselves regardless of where their peers tried to put them in their pecking order.
Things like that. That's the my only real line of thought so far... The most positive, rational approach.

Another idea is making it more acceptable for men to become better looking. Women aren't going to stop being shallow anytime soon and they aren't going to ever admit it any time soon either.
So I think the thing to do is apply an equal standard for us as well. Meaning, it should be perfectly acceptable and encouraged to get plastic surgery to look better like it's fine for a woman to get breast implants.
Or hell even develop products like make up for men to hide acne and stuff. It sounds kind of gay, I know, but it's about leveling the playing field here since humans and normies especially will always only judge on physical appearance. They won't change and won't budge, like it's ingrained as a default instinct. So instead, trick the instinct.
Women get to do this, so why can't we find a way to do this?
