also happens to me when someone walks directly behind me not like in a line but uncomfortably close behind me. I can suppress it in public but it's harder to when I'm alone.

Man, i used to do this. Would feel pressure rising in my head after a while though, and have spotty vision. Isn't that bad for you? Can't find anything about it online.

Boy barely got one.
Sometimes my eyelids feel heavy, and I have to open my eyes and make them go up so they don't feel so closed. It doesn't always work the first time.
When I get nervous or embarassed I clench my fist repeatedly or dig my nails into my hand/thigh.

The pacing thing drives me crazy, in public I have to force myself not to do it when in situations where I'm not moving. I do it constantly at home though.

I nibble away at skin in my mouth and lips and it looks like i'm pursing my lips.
