Anyone else here verbally abuse others to make themselves feel better? I usually abuse my younger brother or random people on the internet. It helps me feel better about myself and makes me feel good.

I've done this as a self-defense mechanism my whole life. I've been hard a work for the past 2 years to lose the habit. It's only when you realize how bad you were that you can look back and see all the people you hurt
