As for the gym, I go regularly and yet I'm not bulky at all, just a bit toned. Just do stuff like cardio, leg workouts and light core workouts.
And don't worry about Chads, 95% of gym goers do not care enough about the people around them. Because of this I have a hard time believing all these "I can't go to the gym because I got teased by a meathead once" stories
