Well let's see. If it's overall comfy you're looking for, then anything Ghibli of course. Dennou Coil is good.
For comfy scenery, Makoto Shinkai's stuff is super comfy, as is Yasuhiro Yoshiura.
For stuff on Netflix, there's been some comfy stuff on there recently. Mushishi of course, and I also liked Red Data Girl and Princess Arete.
