These people need help. Like serious help of diet experts, personal coaches. For a thin women, a personal coach is a waste of resources, these landwhales need someone who will fucking guide them through all the exercises they can do without injuring themselves.
It is not a fat phobia or fat shaming. It is just feeling of compassion towards a person with a blatant medical issue that is the obesity.

Apparently it all boils down to discipline and control over oneself. For lots of women and lots of men it is easy to get by without exerting much self-control and discipline.
The compassion is rather out of pity for them. Because you can see the transformation of a person when they truly apply themselves, it is always beautiful. Kinda what I expect of many people here, to grab their lives and turn it into something extraordinary. For them, when they see a donut on the table, I've heard them say that the donut is constantly shouting at them "Eat me! Eat me! Eat me!" That's the compulsion they face when food is put in front of them. For a fat person, just moving that weight around is a considerable effort. So, I get it. It's hard for them.

The culture of the US needs to be changed to recognize the movement for what it is and shoot it down as blatantly unhealthy. Maybe drawing comparisons to if there was a smoking-acceptance campaign that argued that it was just drug companies trying to make money for nicotine patches and non-smokers just trying to feel better about themselves(which some people do of course). Smoking is a free target in many places culturally, and have many parallels to obesity in terms of long-term health effects.
It is fine to love your body while recognizing that there are things you can do to make it healthier. Nothing wrong with loving your body, but when that flies in the face of well-established medical facts then you are compensating at that point because you really don't love your body as much as you'd like to believe. If you truly loved your body, you would be willing to accept these things and continue to love it, instead of tuning out uncomfortable truths.

Here's where the red pill comes in. I agree, but the message is different when it comes to women.
A man is obese, what is said to him? "Get off your lazy ass, contribute to society, and improve yourself." I mean fuck how many times have we heard that on this board? All the time. And men will do it. Because men are doers. Always have been.
But the same cannot be said about women. They aren't doers. Consideration will be made on how to deliver the message easily. If the above was said to a women it's fat shaming. I agree shame is a great motivator. I'm a manlet, 5'6. I can't get taller, but I can make sure I'm not some lard ass. As men we're told to better ourselves, and we do it. Women aren't that way. I lift and exercise for several reasons. I enjoy doing simple tasks while thinking about more complex things. I enjoy the results that I can see when looking in the mirror. I enjoy the feeling it gives me, I feel healthier after cardio. Women don't understand this, they'll do it if they think it can net them a guy to provide resources, but with fat acceptance and beta bucks marrying fat women, they don't even have to do that. They have no reason to lose the weight, so why should they?

Especially when it comes to weight, since most people, women especially, don't want to draw attention to themselves as "the fat girl" among the people they deal with in the day to day. Talking about politics is probably the most clear way to show this, as most people will be fine and congenial if it never gets brought up since most people seem to assume that everyone around them inherently agrees with them, but if it actually comes up all of a sudden everything shifts. For example if you say something derisive about feminism in a more liberal area you'll probably have a bunch of harpies screeching up your asshole that we're previously largely amicable/polite/whatever else to you. People believe all kinds of weird shit, it just doesn't come out most of the time in person. The internet gives a veil of anonymity however, and makes people more willing to talk about those beliefs, which is why Facebook drama when someone says X is such a widespread thing.
