Depending on where you live you may be able to just get a prescription for it. Smoke an indica or hybrid if you have serious anxiety problems because a sativa will just make that worse.
Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) is also an option if you just want to zone out and halfway become a zombie until you sleep. Research the doses on erowid first but it's cheap and you can buy it anywhere.
I like to take 100-200mg and watch some mindless anime before bed.
