I doubled up on my smoking with the idea that i would make myself sick of them and it's actually kind of working especially with full flavor menthols, I'm starting not to feel satisfied after smoking one all i can think is eww.

The best thing to do is get a chest infection. Your infected lungs and throat will feel harsh as you try to inhale cigarette smoke and you'll end up stopping for good.
