Who else had crooked teeth, got braces, fixed the teeth, then got crooked teeth again from not wearing your retainer for long enough?

I never had braces in my life, pretty much just given up on my teeth now, brush them once a week or two, been doing that for a year or so now

strange my brother had a shitload of work done on his teeth and he stopped wearing his invisilagins and his teeth still look pretty straight.
i had my retainer for a year now and my doc said i can wear it 2 or 3 times a night now but i feel my teeth shifting so idk

I only stopped taking care of my teeth because I became depressed on how small they are, even when I was young my gums grew over my back teeth on top and bottom
Can't take a picture because it's dark as fuck, but my teef are alright.

Nobody is bragging. This sucks dick actually. Braces were a terrible time and all of that suffering basically went to shit for lack of discipline. I can only blame myself for my teething going crooked.
I had braces on for a bout three years, then I went about 6 months with no service on them because my father could not afford it so I decided to take them out myself. I never got a retainer. About 2 years later they look fine, the only damage that removing the braces unprofessionally is that it left remnants of the glue that I cannot remove.
Stopped wearing my retainers for about a week or so when I first got mine off. I still had a bit of a gap in between my two front teeth on top, and not wearing my top retainer was closing that up a bit. Didn't wear the bottom one either and one my front bottom teeth started crossing in front of the other. Tried putting my retainer on to correct it, but it was too late. The pain was too much, so I just said fuck it and let it happen. Really regret it now. Every time I make an S sound, it makes a slight whistle.
Also, anyone know a good, fast way to whiten your teeth? I have the crest 3D white strips, but they cause some pretty bad sensitivity and discomfort when I use them.

You're fucking born with crooked teeth, get humiliated/rejected by society, spend literally thousands on braces, face pain and uncomfort for the remainder of your treatment, look like a fucking portable jail cell, and right when your teeth are straight as fuck, you sad ugly pieces of shit decide one day to not wear them anymore.
That's just fucking pig headed laziness. You do not deserve to wear braces or have straight teeth.

Right here senpai. I've recently gotten back into dental health, am brushing my teeth better and flossing now, hopefully will get to the point where it doesn't hurt to floss soon.
Am terrified of going in to the orthodontist and having a new retainer fit, they're just so pesky to wear at night and hard to take off in the morning plus they end up resulting in cotton mouth/dry mouth when I wake up
