Nice.

I love this kind of music, wouldn't even know what to call it.

There's a youtube channel called "Music from the Periphery" where I've found a lot of similar artists to this btw. Whoever runs it has a bunch of pretentious shit that "artsy" music snobs would have (Native Siberian throat-singing for one, and one playlist of an album of electronic feedback sounds), but there is also a lot of great music.

Not a fan of immortal. Most of the early black metal bands were just edgy Norwegian teens.
With the exception of Varg, who still writes
good music now. also...

>DSBM

You mean emo metal :^)

And I think you're forgetting Satyricon's early work. There's some feel-worthy songs off of Dark Medieval Times. The best feel music is typically doom or just non-metal stuff.

thanks senpai, I have not-so fond memories of being an angst-ridden 17 year old listening to that in his rom, who just had his heart broken by a slut with blue hair over MSN Messenger & was considering slicing his wrists while his emotionally-autistic father was angrily yelling about spending too much time on the computer-machine and not coming to eat dinner at the dinner table like a nice family does.

Faith sounds more garagey and cheap, which has its charm but doesn't wuite cut it for me. 17 secs is pretty good, but synth drums irk me for some reason... don't like either as much as Pornography, which is great, but Disintegration's closer to my heart, it was my edgy teen go-to album.
