I've had chest pain for ages, was told it was anxiety till recently. Only now have I learnt I'm actually ill as fuck. Ejection fraction of 45%, for those who know about that sort of thing

Yep, I had to wait two months for a cardiology referral, he kept talking to me about how chest pain has lots of causes and stuff even though all my symptoms pointed to a heart problem. He did an ultrasound of my heart eventually and doesn't label it as 'anxiety' anymore. Smug son of a gun.

Anxiety medication. Not even kidding. I went to my GP to get a referral, but I live in a big city so there are long waiting lists. A&E (British ER) told me to fuck off.

Nope, not yet. Going back Monday for more tests. It's a symptom rather than a cause, apparently so more needs to be done to find out what on earth is up
