I'm the same, it sucks when I can't motivate myself to do something as simple as stare at a screen. It all seems like such a hassle, finding a torrent, waiting for it to download, trying to pay attention and then being disappointed. All I've done in the past two weeks is lay in bed and post on /r9k/ from my phone because it's the easiest thing I can manage. I can't even enjoy my hobbies anymore

Why has it even become like this? I used to look forward to watching anime and playing vidya after school. No I have to motivate myself to do these. It's not supposed to be like this. Motivating (even forcing) yourself for the things that are supposed to be fun and keep you away from your shit day for a certain duration.

Sounds all too familiar. The worst thing is that you're not disappointed in the show itself but in your inability to enjoy it in any way. The realization that I'm missing out on many supposedly great shows, not because I'm unable to watch them but because I'm too emotionally blunted to feel invested in them. It's quite a bad feel.
