I'm one of those cooky people who believes in the many-worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics, and sees the world through a holographic lens. Some stuff might be extremely high dimensional, but in the process of measurement, my brain compresses it down to three. The remaining dimensions collapse and form what is basically my third eye.
Infinite dimensional visualization is not a problem; it's just a matter of meditating deeply enough. I get to cheat: Instead of meditating for years, I just meditatively focus myself into having a seizure, shortcutting that whole process.
Seeing all this junk is nifty, and I can look at a rock and understand why it's a rock, read its past history and play it back to the big bang (and before, ie quantum fuzz and the cold swoosh)...but it's not horribly useful because nobody in the scientific community would be able to understand it.
Maybe I can build something, but actually realizing a physical object requires a much heavier load of conceptualization. I'm good at being a blackbody. I'm not good at radiating actual STUFF into the world.

When I say realize stuff, I mean like...with my hands. When it comes to pure computational teleportation or whatever, I'm pretty sure it's wayyyy out of my league. Believe me, I've tried.
I do plan on developing this sense more though. Just, right now, I have to play the game, and make some $$$ to be able to develop it at all any more.
Basically right now I'm trying to use that sense to develop the tech for wormholes. It's gotten really boring, trying to live a regular life; when I started having seizures as an adult (I had a brief break from 15-21) my entire life got shattered.
