Maybe, but people are dumb (especially his supporters). His odds to win the republican primary are 15% at best. They see his polls and fail to realize 90% of potential voters have yet to make a decision.

If he still tops the polls by boxing day, we can talk about raising his odds to 20%.

Don't be retarded. Just because you do't leave your house and immerse yourself in Internet communities with niche opinions doesn't mean the majority of America doesn't think she's a good option.

If "nobody" liked her, she wouldn't have fucking 40% of the vote among Democrats (all of whom will vote for her in the general election over any of the retards the GOP will put up).

Trump does have no chance of winning, but neither does Bush. His campaign lost all steam, he gained virtually zero endorsements since the race truly began, he did poorly in the debates and -probably worst of all- his 'downfall' has become such a popular media spin, it's a self-fulfilling prophecy at this point. You don't recover from that.

They used to at least humor us into believing we had a democracy. They used to at least say "oh darn those silly republicans, it'll be different when we get a democrat in there!" And vice versa. Trump has almost no chance of winning. He's pissed off way too many different groups of people to have a real shot, and hasn't ever really been a serious candidate. The fact he's ahead in the polls now means a lot less than everyone thinks it does. He has amazing name recognition and a fiery base, but when the time comes for people to actually vote, they'll moderate their views heavily. It will be one of the more moderate generic Republicans who I know nothing about like Rubio or Cruz.

Trump is literally this guy from Robocop. He's either going to take this country down a dystopian Detroit-style path or he'll paralyse the government by trying to pass radical legislation nobody in Congress will support.

Anyone voting for him will be -- whether they realize it or not -- trying to destroy this country out of spite. So even though he goes against who I am and what I believe in, a big part of me really wants him to win.

When they were married, the law in the US (and much of elsewhere) was that a husband couldn't rape his wife.

I think Donald admitted to having sex with his wife when she didn't really want it - but his marital status exempted him from any sexual assault charges.

I don't know. I saw something about that, apparently it came out in a biography, then the wife backtracked and said it didn't happen.

But whether it happened or not, stuff like that is a large part of why he's dead in the water. He won't get much of the female vote, much of the black vote, and he's sure as shit not getting much of the Mexican vote. Sure angry white people can get you pretty far, but they probably can't get you into the White House unopposed.

I'm not american, but its pretty frightening to hear that there are actually people who want Hillary to be president. I guess they are too busy jacking off to pay attention to what the fuck is going on right now.

If you are planning to stay out of a prison camp I would be packing bags to move to an irrelevant countery somewhere outside the west. Obama has come close to starting WW3 with his policies. If it doesn't start now I garuntee you there will be an all out war during the hillary presidency.

The first thing they will do when there is imminent attack is put people in camps because they do not want civilians running around and being used to help the enemy, which is what happens in war time. They will confiscate everything and put everyone under strict suvellience.

If you are a neet, you will be forced to work.

When the enemy occupies your village they will rape and pillage because the conditions will be absolute shit and soldiers will have gone mad.

You are absolutely fucking retarded if you think hillary is viable , maybe you want to die in the most humiliating way possible, you won't even have a chance at fighting back, you'll be rotting away in a camp somewhere, if that is what you want vote for Hillary.

Exactly. I have strong nationalistic tendencies, so the "make america great again" stuff really makes me pop a freedom boner.

At the same time, I realize that we are destined to collapse. Trump is a magical candidate that says what makes me feel good AND will hasten the inevitable decline of the US. I'd rather it be fast and exciting than some boring slow decline shit.

You know how professors always say "no one in Rome woke up and knew that the empire had collapsed"? People will know the day that our collapse started, and it'll be when trump gets into office.
On the other hand, he may just make america great again.

Trump is the battering ram against the gates of the Judeo-Bolshevist establishment. This part of the plan will not be revealed to the hoodwinked goyish masses yet, for they will need to be at least partially enlightened upon the issue of the Jewish Question before we can proceed.

Most of the Republican candidates are usually delusional retards they are still sociopaths, so they just give their friends all the shekels. Literally doesn't matter. She's currently one of the most powerful politicians in the U.S. (and the world, for that matter) and her husband used to be the fucking president. She has well-known ties to many different corporate leaders, including those in the media. She's got more money coming in than any other Democratic candidate (second most overall, behind Bush). Clinton is totally set up for the win.

Clinton is the absolute last person I wanna see in office. I'll probably be voting for Bernie when the time comes, but he simply doesn't have the support of the people holding the wealth, which, sadly is more important than the support of the citizenry.

This. Trump only pretends to be retarded. In fact he carefully avoids Republican subjects that could cost him the election against Clinton (like abortion or gay rights). His controversies were always well planned, they are just here to reinforce his Trump persona of a loud-mouthed politically incorrect Alpha. Now just wait until after the nominations are over. Trump can stump Hillary by simply taking her from the left, advocating for higher taxes on the rich and opposing free trade, while attacking her as being bought by Wall Street. Clinton would have to rely more and more on SJW rhetoric which could alienate liberal but anti-SJW voters.

I honestly don't know of anyone who intends to vote for Bush.

It's insane to me that one major candidate is married to a former president, and another is son/brother to a former president. It just goes to show that if you're not born/married into the highest rung of the social ladder, the odds are against you.

He won't reverse his position. He will just complete his right-wing populism on immigration with left-wing populism on to attract Sanders' votes and other dissatisfied voters. Obviously he won't go nearly as far as Sanders, but as a billionaire and businessman (plus in this scenario Republican candidate) Trump will have the absolute advantage when proposing some left-wing economic policies: Hillary will not be able to oppose him on that, and he will never appear as an irrealistic anti-business marxist, so it can't harm him in any way. Knowing Trump's style and his fanbase, he could even afford to go full doublethink, and call one same exact policy "socialist bullshit" when proposed by Democrats and "common sense" when proposed by him.

Historically when right-wing populists borrow left-wing economic policies it's always a huge success. That's how the fascists and the nazis went to power, that's how authoritarian regimes remained very popular, and now that's also how the FN in France went from fringe unelectable party to first in all polls by a wide margin.

Why do Europeans talk about American politics? How often do you see Americans trying to say who you should vote for in your country? You clearly have no clue what you're talking about in the slightest if you honestly believe a socialist system will work when we can't even afford the ones we have now. Far too often, americlap.

>I didn't say that he would improve society at large, I said that he would improve the position of the people who probably vote for him (Free stuff, right?)
Well forgive me. I just woke up and I'm very high.

>And why is the current, non-socialist system not working?
Too many reasons to list. Big ones are out of control military spending (We spent $1 trillion dollars on developing a jet fighter), the welfare systems themselves (It was designed to help people in the 1930s while they find jobs, but we now have people who completely live off it), losing money through trade (Again, lots of reasons for this), Government taking funds meant for the welfare systems and using it because they can't even maintain a balanced budget, and so much more.

>How do you propose that one would remove the giant buttfucking that is American corporations then?
Do things such as tax reform to remove the crony capitalist loopholes that were created to allow rich people a way to completely avoid taxes, make it cheaper and easier to do business in the US than anywhere else in the world, so businesses will WANT to be here, stop regulating small businesses so much (Big businesses LOVE over regulation because small business can't afford to deal with it), and bring manufacturing jobs back to the US so we can stop exporting weapons we make into the hands of ISIS and other undesirables.
Trump wants to do all that. Bernie isn't all bad, but when he starts talking about "free college" "basic income", "$15 minimum wage", more regulations for businesses" you should really just stop paying attention. Our Federal Government was meant to be small and weak.

Excellent said, anon. If what you say is true, then you have probably sold Trumps politics to me better than Trump would have done himself, but maybe my problem with him is more of a problem with American politics in general.

However, as I assume, the lack of regulations are working based on the premise that less ethical companies would have their income source change to another company, but is that all that easy when bribes, lobbying and ignorant customers are all things still?

Also, if the US gets back their outsourced blue-collar jobs, would you say that decreasing the relative price of college to what it used to be is beneficial, as the incentive of going there wouldn't be that profound compared to the current situation, and in turn could decrease degree inflation? Not to mention the amount of "useless" degrees.
>>
>>24562362
No state would have any advantage. Each individual would have equal say, regardless of where they live. Simple as that.

The electoral college gives someone in Bumfuck, South Dakota more influence than someone in New York. How is that fair?
>>
>>24562752
>maybe my problem with him is more of a problem with American politics in general.
One of the reasons Trump is so popular is because he isn't afraid to talk about how corrupt politics and the political media are in our country. He loves to talk about how the press will lie at his speeches. He'll mention how the cameras will never zoom out and show his gigantic crowds (He actually started using bleachers behind him to help avert this) or how two of the people will be hecklers while the media will treat that as a "protest". He also speaks out against lobbyists and Super PACs (Basically groups who can give politicians more than the I think $1000 individual donation limit) all the time as well.

>However, as I assume, the lack of regulations are working based on the premise that less ethical companies would have their income source change to another company, but is that all that easy when bribes, lobbying and ignorant customers are all things still?
I haven't read any of Trump's books yet, so I don't know what his plans are for what regulations worth keeping and which ones need to go. I can't really comment on it. I don't believe he's one of those people who wants no regulation what-so-ever though.

>Also, if the US gets back their outsourced blue-collar jobs, would you say that decreasing the relative price of college to what it used to be is beneficial, as the incentive of going there wouldn't be that profound compared to the current situation, and in turn could decrease degree inflation? I don't see what downside there'd be to having a choice between labor and higher education. Many people just aren't cut out for college, so why have them live in poverty when they could be producing goods and services? Everyone can have a decent job in that situation, even high school drop outs.

I'm aware. Do you know what a republic is? Let me explain.

In a REPublic the citizens vote for a REPresentative. A direct election does not equate to a direct democracy. A direct democracy would be if the citizens voted on all laws directly, which I'm clearly not suggesting.
>>
>>24563107
The President is the figure head of the nation and is meant to represent the peoples' interests, not just the most popular interests. The number of represenitives in Congress is based on population size as well, so California still has far more say than Montana, but the point is that if it were based on direct voting, Montana would be completely neglible and have no real representation what-so-ever. The system is meant to protect the interests of everyone, not just highly populated areas.

I'm a moderate. Sensationalism is happening on both sides. Illegals are not something to get riled up about. The most conservative esimates say they cost 100 billion a year. Save a 100 billion a year, that's nice, ignoring all the problems of mass deportation. More low skilled, low wage jobs from China? Alright. A one time reparation of 200 billion? That's pretty small considering we spend trillions a year, but sure that's nice. Get rid of the death tax so Americans pass on their hard earned money? Assests under 5 million aren't taxed already Half of Americans wouldn't be taxed? ~45% already don't. I could go on. No candiates policies' are magic bullets, which is why they have to put a much more exciting "us vs them" spin on it. People who strongly support candiates are retards. What practically every president has done is to amplify or reduce certain previous legislations' effects. 50% of the shit they promise is already done, 40% is done to some extent and 10% would never make it through Congress.
