honestly unless you get into a top 50 school or have rich parents who are covering everything it's not worth paying for it. go to community college first so you only have to pay for 2 years and then go to state school. college is a fucking racket and i laugh at my friends who will be repaying their student loans until they're 50 for worthless liberal arts degrees. sure it helps sometimes to get your foot in the door but you are going to make it or not based on your own talent and work ethic. by the time you're 30 and have already established yourself, nobody could care less what school you went to.

I'd say maybe, but the problem is American colleges are in it for the money, all they do is give out useless degrees that idiots think will somehow make them "smart" or is "get a job for free" card. Going to college or not going to college won't make much of a fucking difference with all the debt people would put onto themselves, getting stuck having to work shitty jobs to pay off, unless you're planning on becoming a doctor or engineer. Fields that kind of require intensive training.
