The only things genetics governs when it comes to muscle aesthetics is insertions which is especially important in abs. Insertions aren't even important when you're talking about real life and not bodybuilding competitions.
Lifting may improve your facial aesthetics because being lean will make your face more angular and masculine. Height and dick size are genetic like you said but why would you not improve on you factors can control to increase your attractiveness?
