not him, also not fat and not American, but I wholeheartedly agree. I have business dinners about once a month and have to sit through at least 6 courses of this bullshit. It takes forever to feel full and honestly I really don't like all this exotic bullshit with fucking leaves of plants I don't know next to tiny portions of stuff I couldn't name.
If it was up to me, I'd always just go to my regular restaurant, where they have a fantastic chef and you get all your food at once. And it's local cuisine (not talking about paleo bullshit).
And yeah 200 Euro dinners are entirely wasted on me. Also I hate foodies with a passion.
