here's a breathing exercise that calms your brain down:
sit upright, breathe in deep, counting to 3. hold in for 3, let go slowly over 3.
put your left pointer finger over your right nostril so your left nostril is open
breathe in deep through your left nostril, breathe in deep, count to 3, hold in for 3, let go slowly over 3.
repeat
now put your right pointer finger over your left nostril so your right nostril is open
breathe in deep through your right nostril, breathe in deep, count to 3, hold in for 3, let go slowly over 3.
repeat
so you've done the breathing cycle twice for each nostril. do this two more times, you should be calmer

Well then you wasted about half on top of that. Sublingual (let it dissolve under your tongue) administration is most effective. Snorting it is mainly a placebo effect, most of it absorbs into your system by the "drain" (you are still just swallowing most of it, except what coats your nostril, mainly unabsorbed)
