Can't you change your last name in your country? Here you can change your last name to pretty much any name as long as it has either been used in your family tree within the last hundred years or so or it doesn't exist yet.
I guess there may be some other rules to prevent obscenities so you couldn't use FaggotNiggerDestroyer as your last name.

I don't know man. It could be kind of cool to use a last name like 'Van Der Riemsrieter' or such. Most people wouldn't even ask about it but would rather just silently think how cool it is. A few generations later nobody would even know your familia isn't actually noble.
