My cat follows me like a dog does. Everywhere I go in the house she's right behind me. Never leaves my side. She's 8 now and I've had her since kitten but she still gallops and stomps around the house like some kind of jungle cat or lion.
When I shut the room door without her she bangs on it and scratches and does that weird crying baby meow sound they make until I let her in.
I like to think it's love but she does think she's full on tiger or lion so she's probably treating me like a zebra waiting to eat me when I get sick.

I think most people who've had dogfriends know this feel. Mine died almost 2 years ago. I don't want to get another dogfriend, I know that I won't be able to enjoy him as much as my last because I'll constantly be worrying about his inevitable death.

My doge was 13 and got cancer in the form of lumps in her stomach , she held on for another 12 months until her 14 birthday.
She passed away a week after her 14th birthday in 2009, I still miss her alot.

She was naturally lumpy she had a whole bunch of fat deposits all over her body, we just assumed it was another one.
we went to the vet as soon as it got concerning and she gave us a course of antibiotics to give to her.
At the end of the course we took her back in and she seemed fine - that was a week before she died.
The vet said, after them surgery, that she suspected the he atoms was caused by a tumour in her chest cavity, there was no way we could have none.
