I don't hate it, but I'm a little freaked out by it. I only got my license about a month & a half ago or so, so I'm not the best yet. Thankfully I'm not that scared anymore.
The thing is that here where I live, most Florida drivers are fucking terrible and are insanely reckless. It's not uncommon for people to get struck & killed from some fucking cocksucker who floors through a red light. I know a lot of people who would've died had they not been so patient to wait out a green light for a few seconds.

I wish it were illegal to use high beams. Why do assholes love them so much? It should carry the death penalty. Also pickup trucks shouldn't be legal to drive either. They're slow and have too bright lights.
Another big thing that pisses me off is parking. I understand how a retarded person might have difficulty driving, but not driving is the easiest part. If they fuck up parking they could just back out and try it again. I always park prefectly straight and dead in teh center of the parking spot like I"m supposed to. It's easy too. I whip in parking spots rather fast, then I watch some fat bitch slowly creep into a parking spot but she is always parked diagonally and part of the vehicle is crossing the boundaries into 1, 2, or sometimes even 3 other parking spots. It's always SUVs too. Why do women like SUVs so much when they only use them to drive and park poorly by themselves? I'd think SUVs should only be used for hauling trailers full of manure while chauffeuring executives around. A little couple would suit these people better, and they might not struggle with a vehicle that's too much to handle as much.

I used to really enjoy it. When things were shit I could just drive around and it was the one space that was all mine. I could just listen to some music and go where ever.
Now, I don't even care any more. My record store closed down a couple years ago, so no more going and looking around and just finding something new to listen to. All my music is just digital, and it's a hassle to be able to listen to it in my car.
Just fucking forget it. I'm done with it. So many shitty drivers on the road. The roads themselves are falling into disrepair. Insurance keeps going up. Been driving my car for 13 years and, even though it's in good condition, I keep worrying that one day it's going to finally break down.

I got sick of the constant road rage, dangerous drivers and frustrating traffic and I brought a bicycle after doing some research online.
I found out that there are a lot of cycling paths in my city which allowed me to circumvent traffic quite a lot, I could also beat traffic in peak hours by riding in the bicycle lane.
My road rage dissipated instantly, cycling is pretty fun - I mean, we all liked it when we were kids. It's pretty much the same thing, although adult bicycles go much faster and are a lot funner than shitty kmart mountain bikes.
I noticed that the exercise, scenery and time to think has made me a lot happier, wakes me up faster in the morning and elevates my mood. My legs muscles are godly and I last longer in the sack too.
As long as you don't get some sort of carbon bazillion dollar bicycle then it's insanely cheap, ever since I sold my car and no longer have to pay for car maintenance and registration I've had a lot more money. It's also super easy to lock your bicycle up to random shit instead of having to spend forfuckingever looking for a parking spot.

People who drive pickup trucks are by far the most aggressive drivers on the road here. Much worse than the kids driving their ricers like the whole city is a rally race. Pickup truck driver is typically middle aged male, tailgates everyone, never uses signal lights, exceeds speed limit by at least 25km always. Usually Browning buck logo bumper sticker on truck. Goatee/moustache facial hair. Sunglasses. Cigarette in hand hanging out window.

If the other light is red that means in about 1.5 second my red light turns green. It takes time to move my foot from teh brake pedal to the gas pedal so I need a head start to perfectly exit the intersection. I do hate the guys who stop on the crosswalk though. Pretty asshole behavior. Kind of like people who stay stopped even though the light is green.
Is it really that hard to understand how lights work though? How can you not anticipate them? It's always the same pattern. Green, yellow, red, or sometimes if it's a turning lane it's green, green, yellow, red. Those can be trickier to time because it's not always the same but based on sensors. There is no excuse for normal intersections though.

You'd save more gas by moderately accelerating to a given speed rather than milking it. You'd also save more gas by gaining momentum before the incline rather than flogging the car up the hill at a constant 25mph.
Vehicles are more fuel efficient at 55-70mph than they are 10-30mph. Around 40-50ish you start getting increased efficiency.

Prety terrifying but it's also a good feeling. Electric bikes are the future. I found a secret to stop that. First I brake check them a couple times. Usually it pisses them off but they back off and wait until they can pass. If they continue I just go really slow when I know they can't pass, pull in my side mirror, and flip up my rearview mirror. No inconvenience to me but it pisses them right the fuck off. Especially when you floor it when you get to a passing area and then slow down again once they can't pass anymore.
I'm usually easy going but if someone is going to be an asshole and I have nothing important to do then god help them it's taking them 5 minutes longer to reach their destination, minimum.

I'm 19 and know how to do nothing for myself. I'm pretty much a kid in an adult body. The worst part though is that I'm still in the mindframe that the world around me is in perfect order and operates by itself without any input from me. So naturally, driving is hard because I finally realized the whole process isn't as on-the-rails as I thought as a kid.

Those roundabouts with 6-7 exits coming on/off the motorway in heavy traffic still make me nervous too.
