Bring a meat-dish, but make sure it contains peanut in some way (satay skewers, maybe something where the meat was fried in peanut oil? you can get creative here).
When everyone comes over they will flock to the meat food and reject the vegan food (thus subtly showing up the vegans), but peanut-boy won't be able to eat it (which will suck for him since kids like real food, not vegan bullshit).
