Backpacking through S America with the gf + her sister. The food here is fucking incredible. Steak or lamb literally every evening, ceviche (pretty much S. American sushi) and empanadas throughout during the day (delicious little pastry cunts with cheese and shit inside), DULCE DE LECHE

I didn't take a picture or anything, but rest assured it was gigantic. I took a laxative earlier but managed to shit before it kicked in. I broke the poop into pieces in my anus and pulled it out bit by bit until I could just pop the remainder out. The piece that eventually came out after i broke it up enough was a sphere about the size of a large orange.

I decided to make Thanksgiving a day early.
The bird looks like shit because I like cooking it breast side down for the first three hours, but it tastes really good. I put white wine in the bottom of the pan instead of stock and stuff the bird with orange, apples, lemon thyme, garlic, sage leaves and the usual onion, celery and carrots.
I made way too much food for two people though.
