fuck that. lung cancer is usually terminal and they've already told you that from what i have gathered. why would you lose your hair and do chemo/radiation that will make you weak and miserable and probably not extend your life by very long at all. don't do any treatment. that way you'll still have some quality of life at least for a little while enough to have some fun before the cancer starts to take its toll on your body, and at that point you'll have a morphine drip so things won't be quite as bad. trust me i'm a recovering opiate addict.
