The next logical step after books is fanfiction.
90% of it is shit and you shouldn't trust the number of favourites or whatever, but there's (probably) some good stuff in whatever fandom you pick.

Staying fit is important, you don't have to look like Zyzz but you need some muscle and of course fighting skills.

This is basically the same for me, everything I used to enjoy has suddenly become uninteresting except music and a few books. I no longer enjoy talking to most of my friends anymore either.
I just don't know what's going on right now :(
