A mixture of solar panels, generators, and possibly a water wheel if we're close enough to a large waterway. We'd need batteries to store this energy, the most likely ones would be car batteries.

It would only work if women aren't allowed. The biggest obstacle to overcome would be internet, the only thing I could see working is setting up a network that makes use of multiple satellite internet connections and limit each connected device to certain speed. We would need money to keep this going so we'd need to have some kind of export.

I think that there will only be a form of semi-optimistic (for a robot) Neets who this will appeal to, but i really think we can build something.

Solar panels and wind turbines you can hook up to your trailer for electricity. Not that expensive and free electricity forever. Also if the village is near some sort of river you can make a very effective hydro turbine out of an old washing machine. We wouldn't be stealing electricity so we won't have to worry about the police. We can pulp some funds together and buy an acre or two of land for just a few hundred dollars. Or we could just be secretive and live completely off grid

Basically my friend who owns the house wanted to turn it into a NEET sanctuary and that's what it is. Nobody has to pay for rent or utilities or food or anything. This is really cool. Gives me a sort of nomadic feeling of driving through the deserts and interstates, never stopping for too long. Almost like hobos.
But, to have a huge caravan like you are suggesting seems like it would really need a lot of planning, money, co-operation, and ultimately good people. If one person decides to be a dick everyone will get pissed and tensions will be too high.
I often hear about robot Skype groups, and the underground online network of "robots" talking and forming social groups, but they always end up shitting all over each other and driving each other through the roof. Granted, there are likely females causing a lot of that, but I'm sure it's not entirely their blame.
If I were to suggest, I imagine something like this to be more like a NEETfarm.

It would be fairly cost effective, because all you'd need is two cars and some cheap land and house. Some people can perhaps even go camping out in the back field if there are not enough rooms, maybe on a cycle.
It seems like it could be really cozy, because these people would get comfy with each other and there would be no tension when we're all working in it together.
And if it got popular, more could band together and move into the other houses closeby. Spread kind of far apart but not too far that we wouldn't feel like a community.
Ok I agree that robot infighting would be a problem.
How about as the NEETvillage grows, we split off into sub-groups depending on the NEET tropes we forfil. That way all the (too) toxic neets are forced to be together or go home and the neets who are ok with each other but would piss other factions off are separated.
We still work together on major projects like BUILD WALL but we have our own safe spaces.
We maintain community cohesion and sence of purpose by focusing our main focus on building the GREAT NEET WALL.

This sort of location is fine, maybe an abandoned farmhouse or something. We produce.. things of moderate value. It is productive, and everyone is productive because they are in an environment where they won't be bullied or lonely.
