Roulette/Blackjack mainly, because the games on offer are limited in England. Casinos will have the tables for things like Baccarat and Three Card Poker but they only open them at certain times of the night. They always have blackjack and roulette open though.
There's only one casino in England with a craps table, so I've never played it. Seen people going crazy for it when I was in Vegas but I had no idea how to play.

Craps is pretty easy to pick up and it's better odds than roulette. It's extremely fun at Vegas because the tables are always full and everyone is either losing money or making on the same dice roll. Unless you get the occasional fag who bets against the table
