Take it to the Geek Squad and then get a new computer.But seriously, to get into the bios, there should be a screen when you first turn on the computer that says "press delete, escape, f3, f9" or whatever key to get into the bios. Spam that key when you turn on the computer. Find the boot order, make sure the right drive has priority, try to turn it on again.
Realistically, I think you're completely fucked. A mixture of your prior mistakes, ignorance, and Windows XP has probably totally fucked your computer. You should feel bad.
