I wouldn't think so, I'm the guy who scored 119 aspie and 116 neurotypical. I saw a psychologist a few months ago and he said I was pretty close to having Autism Spectrum Disorder, but since It doesn't affect me much besides socially (go to school, make good grades) he didn't diagnose me
