This. I only make breakfast on those rare days where I have a day off and have gotten enough sleep the night before (about 12 hours) to wake up in the morning time.

Literally the only thing on that list that is fried is the bacon and there's a reason it's only 3 strips and not a mountainous pile like some would like.

I have bacon and eggs a few times a week, a little cereal some days, and maybe some yogurt. A proper fryup with black pudding about once every other month.
