I was cut when I was around seven, and I still remember how extremely sensitive my glans was to touch. The reason why I haven't tried restoring yet is that my frenulum remnant is kind of fucked up. It is torn in two places and there is a lot of scar tissue down the shaft. I wouldn't even know where to grab the skin. I've tried stretching the scar tissue manually a couple of years ago and was in pain for days.

My condolences. We're all in this together, though. Circumcision on anything but informed, consenting adults is barbarism and frankly fucked up, but I don't need to tell you that.

What worked for me (5 and a half inches hard) was grabbing the skin just below the scar and tugging downward from there. Make two rings with your index and thumb like an okay sign.

You want to feel a slight burn on the surface of the skin. Tension, not outright pain. Shoot for 15 seconds of the most tension you can bear, then go for 30, then 60. Take a break, your hand will start to get tired. Do this a few times throughout a fap session and you will start to notice progress.

Don't get discouraged. Keep it up and you will get there.
