I haven't showered in almost a decade and I'm basically fine. Your body cleanses itself naturally, you're just so used to dousing yourselves in chemicals that you need time to adapt to going au naturale. Brushing your teeth is also a waste of time. All of these daily rituals have been propagated from marketing compankes trying to sell you toothpaste and shampoo and other crap you don't need. It's all bullshit, our bodies are a lot more robust than we've been led to believe.

OP here. I'm getting spots on my face and forehead. I smell a little bit like poop, but mostly just like a dirty greasy animal.

Give it time. I think I was the same way at first, you just have to let your body adapt.
I'm well over 300lbs now, so I'd smell bad no matter how often I showered.
