Why don't more couples sleep in separate beds? It seems a lot more comfortable than just one big bed.
I like just one bed and I've never been in a couple.

Why would you? A big bed has the size of two small ones put together. Most couples go to sleep hugging each other and then split apart while they sleep. By sleeping in different beds you're just missing the spooning time and sex that comes with it sometimes.
