Character issues aside, Trump is very pro corporation. The government does not "protect" large corporations, it let's them grow unrestricted with lax tax laws and breaking of laws like Glass Steagal. Qualitative easing is just one small speck on how the American government is handled by corporations. In fact, QE was mostly motivated by need because corporations had grown so large they'd bring the country down with them. The true pro corporation laws are like the repeal of Glass Steagal, which happened just a year after Glass Steagal prevented a giant merger between Citibank and Travelers Group.
Trump's closing loopholes makes it sound good but it's just empty words. His only solid plan is ending tax havens. Somewhat offset by him wanting to lower America's steeply progressive corporate tax.
