Man it's easy. The best go to thing to hang yourself from is a doorknob. If you're worried about height you could use the hinges of a door by slipping whatever cord you're using through the crack and back over on itself around the hinge a few times.

I want to die. Killing myself will destroy my mom. My mom is the only reason I haven't killed myself yet...I don't want to do that to her. But now I'm at a point where if I at least don't leave a mess and look """normal""" (not covered in vomit/blood) I think I can do it.
