My neighbor's cat hangs out in my yard and leaves mutilated dead rodents strewn about
I've tried talking to the cat's owner about it but I beta'd out and the conversation went something like this:

I tried befriending the cat a few weeks ago. I petted her body and face and she seemed cool with it, then I stroked her tail once and she savaged my hand then bolted.
