When I try to read between the lines, things like outright mentioning the Israeli apartheid, or comments on human condition and existentialist thoughts, together with the disgusting videos implies certain degree of surrendering to things that are beyond one's power. And if one is powerless, then the only power one has is over his own body, as shown with the puking. You cannot stop the imperialists taking over the world economically when you are alone, but you can puke on your friend. And he can puke on you. You can do various disgusting shit. But the stuff in videos is not as disgusting as the way people can be cruel to each other, how they can commit atrocities if it suits their ideology, or their greed.
