Soothing/relaxing, but also a bit melancholic. Like the feel you have after watching Lost in Translation at 3am.

It's called comfy. you're looking for comfy pics. most of these pics have the soothing feeling but it's usually pictures of cities that have the melancholic feeling. Vertical photos of japanese alleyways are like a goldmine for this kind of thing
