How do we do it? I want to buy a plot of land and let everyone live on it. Where do we buy it?
My idea was to buy ~100 acres of land and build trailers and later houses where everybody can get their own room and everybody work ~2-4 hours a day or pay a small fee to keep it all going.

Best way to do it is to reduce costs to nearly nothing. Get a plot of land out in the desert outside of a small town such as this one:

33 acres for $115/month mortgage $20 per year property tax. We set up an ISIS style encampment out there with sandbags, plastic tarps, and portal potties. Of course a few shitty old tin can mobile homes and shipping containers. We run a T1 line out there for business class internet, some on the grid electricity as well as solar panels, and a water line.
If we have like 16 or so people we'd need to bring in about $75-$100 per month to keep the place in operation and about $100-$150 per month for our own personal food supply.
If everyone get's some BS internet job (web design, youtube, video editing, transcription, translating service, online tutor, remote web admin, ect) getting that much money per month would be trivial. Also weed is medical status in Arizona so we could get a cards and growers licenses and supply the local weed store.
We set up a shooting range and have a watch tower to defend ourselves given that we'd be in the middle of no where and that county has like only 4 cops all of whom are probably an hour away at any given time.
I really think it's do-able.

This sounds like a dream come true, which makes me sad that it will almost surely never happen.
I mean, just imagine it. Living in some quiet, peaceful, secluded place, in our small tiny homes. I think most of us would be willing to do more traditional work to keep the place going, like collecting wood, getting food, cleaning up our houses a bit, etc, because that kind of work can feel rewarding. If you think about it, our ancestors evolved working together in their communities to make life sustainable.
I remember I used to work on a ranch, and the work was surprisingly satisfying, because I did it with people I liked and connected with them, and I actually used the products I produced.
I mean shit, how cool would it be to get away from this busy world and have a place full of us like minded robots? I feel more at home here than pretty much anywhere else, what if it could be a reality? We could spend a little time each day or every few days doing some small work to sustain the community, then we can spend the rest of the day shitposting or whatever we want.
