I'll stick with my casual calisthenics workout once a week on average or so as my current ottermode is what I'm content enough with and I have no desire to become pumped up nor desire to have people mock me during gym workouts thank you very much.

Anyway, im 165lbs and I can do around 80 pushups and can bench 235.

That's a good point. I can do about 5 handstand pushups, but I'm just going to start going to the gym to see if I actually can or not, everything else is just going to be roundabout.

As I weigh only 64kg (~141lbs) at 178cm (5'10") and never lift nor bench press and only occasionally do things like pushups, pullups, situps at home, and the "average" benching for adult men seeming to be around one's own body weight if not a bit lower as novice (let alone if untrained), I kind of doubt not being able to lift ~1.4 times my own body weight is to be considered weak let alone "REALLY" weak.
I have no idea what my max bench would be as I never even attempted it, but age, weight, and time already spent training prior all affect that max, obviously.
