I have a cintiq 22hd, dunno if that helps. I think I just turned off the pen pressures and made a lot of quick strokes until I got the line I wanted.

Ok first of all don't start with 3/4 start with a front drawing since its easier.
Draw a circle
Draw straight lines in both x and y exes
They have to touch each other in the middle of the circle
Ubicate the start of the air
The distance from the start of the air to the x line is the same that the distance between the x line and the nose and the nose to the chin
Draw a circle for the nose and two smaller ones for the nose bells draw a curved line for the chin
Draw another x line under the one you already drew this is the line for the eyes
There is one eye in between eyes
There is also distance between eye and the end of the face
Do this and you made your pre face congrats
